PVP Protectmat: durable protection

The PVP Protectmat is a durable system to protect structures and roofs from mechanical damage during and after work.

Applications:

• protection of roofing (under shingle or wooden patio)
• roof protection when constructing roof gardens
• protection in the installation of solar panels, solar water heaters,...
• protection of tunnels and underground parking lots
• temporary protection of floors and structures at buildings and events

The mats are composed of recycled rubber granules and are available in 2 densities: 730 kg/m³ and 930 kg/m³.

Features:

• high load capacity even under heavy continuous pressure
• vapor permeable, so no chance of condensation
• draining, does not absorb water, does not retain water
• resistant to rotting, aging, mold, insects, microorganisms
• resistant to acids and bases
• Permanently elastic depending on load
• easy and inexpensive to install

Product variations:

• Protectmat PM-GG1-730: the ideal all-round protective mat for light to medium loads.
• Protectmat PM-GG1-930: extremely durable and is designed to protect civil engineering structures both during and after work. This protection mat complies with DIN 18195 part 10.

Dimensions:

• The standard roll width is 125 cm.
• 105 and 210 cm width rolls are also available to order.
• Thicknesses range from 4-20 mm, with 6 and 10 mm held in stock as standard.

Formats:

• Protective mats can also be supplied in sheet form.
• Widths 105-125-210 cm, length at your desire.
