Comfort tile

This tile, made of SBR rubber granulate, is perfectly suited for smaller animals such as horses, ponies and dogs. However, for heavier horses around 600-700 kg, it is too supple and soft. The increased softness ensures optimal lying comfort, while the thicker top layer and wider studs provide it with more stability and durability than a standard trap cushioning tile. The studs on the underside facilitate efficient drainage.

Installation:

• Placement: The tiles should be laid loose on a flat surface with adequate slope to allow urine to flow easily under the tiles. They can be easily cut to size with a cutter knife or rocker saw.

Maintenance:

• When needed, the tiles can be hosed down with a water hose. For regular soiling, it is recommended to remove the tiles twice a year and clean the barn thoroughly.
