Conipur CE
Description
Conipur CE sports flooring: the optimal combination of performance and design
The Conipur CE sports floor is known as a combi-elastic sports floor that excels in shock absorption. With its low construction height, it is the ideal choice for renovation projects.
Characteristics:
- Shock absorption capacity: combi-elastic floors surpass point-elastic floors by their approximately double shock-absorbing capacity.
- Combination of properties: this system combines the advantages of planar spring qualities with those of a point-elastic top layer.
- Acoustic advantage: thanks to the low build height and a continuous springy carpet pad, there is minimal sound box effect, resulting in better acoustic performance.
- Dimensional stability: compared to other floating sports floor systems with wood partitions, this floor has the least amount of shrinkage and expansion. This can be especially problematic with materials such as particleboard, OSB and MDF.
- Certification: this floor complies with CE standard EN 14904 and has undergone emission testing in accordance with AgBB.
Structure:
- Substructure: the base of the floor is a specially developed PU foam layer.
- Pressure distribution layer: a plywood pressure distribution layer is placed on this, fixed with an innovative tongue and groove system.
- Shock-absorbing layer: a 4 mm thick shock-absorbing layer is complemented by a 2 mm thick polyurethane multipurpose casting layer.
- Finish: the floor is finished with a matte, highly wear-resistant sports coating. In addition, lines can be applied to it.
- Overall construction height: the whole has a construction height of about 36 mm.
