EPDM rubber tile
Description
The tile is carefully composed of two layers:
Carpet pad:
- Made of SBR rubber granulate derived from recycled car tires.
Topcoat:
- Consists of new, mass-colored EPDM rubber.
Thickness:
- Varies based on fall height of playground equipment.
Dimensions:
- Choice of 1010 mm x 1010 mm or 500×500 mm.
Top:
- Flat design with a mock joint that gives the look of a 500×500 mm tile.
- Also available without joints.
Bottom:
- Equipped with studs or drainage channels.
Color Options:
- Choice of 24 colors.
- Full base color.
- Mix of 50% base color and 50% black.
- Mix of 20% base color and 80% black.
Specific features:
- No release of color pigment.
- Resistance to UV aging.
- Certified fall and sound attenuation according to the EN 1177 standard.
- Manufactured in Western Europe.
- Two-year warranty.
Additional options:
- Run-up edges available for tiles with a thickness of 42 and 60 mm.
