Sports floors are subject to wear and tear. depending on the intensity of use, the top layer will show hairline cracks over time. This is caused by the aging process of the polyurethane. In this process, the sports coating wears down, making the floor slippery and shiny, which can cause hazard situations.

In re-topping, after sanding the sports floor, a new polyurethane casting layer is applied at 1 or 2 mm. this layer is finished with and matte, highly abrasion-resistant, water-based sports coating and realigned.

The polyurethane exists in different qualities, according to the use or desired life span of the renewed sporrt floor.
