This high-quality stable mat is specifically designed for use in horse stables and other stalls where an ergonomic and easy-to-clean floor is desired.

Easy placement

Thanks to the convenient size of 100 x 100 cm and the low weight of 18 kg each, these tiles are easily handled by 1 person. Fits are easily cut yourself with a good Stanley knife.with a joint-free result

The puzzles fit neatly into each other allowing smooth placement. The puzzles also fit along the 4 sides so that larger surfaces can be placed completely joint-free. The tiles can easily be removed for intense cleaning or to be placed elsewhere.

Ergonomic and comfortable

The top is finely textured allowing animals to move completely obstacle-free. Along the underside, a sophisticated rib structure has been applied which makes the mat feel very ergonomic.

We use a very high-quality flexible rubber compound which makes the mat itself very flexible. This is perceived by animals as a comfortable mat with maximum grip and freedom of movement.

Insulating

The rib structure on the bottom of the tiles increases the insulating value of the rubber tile. If the animals can choose, they will immediately stand/lay on the tiles.

Easy maintenance

The finely textured surface is easy to clean wet or dry. Due to the completely closed composition, no dirt remains in pores. The perfectly fitting puzzles make maintenance even easier.

Long lifespan

Our 16 mm stable tile has a puzzle edge over the full thickness of the tile. This prevents the puzzles from sagging or moving when a horse steps on the puzzle edge.

Sustainability

With us, sustainability is not a hollow concept, but an important concern. In the composition of this tile, 75% recycled rubber is used in the form of finely ground rubber powder. The proportion of new rubber consists of new latex rubber derived from the rubber tree. The plantations are operated with respect for nature and ethics.

The production of the rubber tiles is done in close proximity to the plantations and provides work for local people.
